Reporting a document that misbehaves
Because your files never reach our servers, we cannot see what went wrong — a good report helps enormously:
- Which tool you used and what you expected vs. what happened.
- Your browser and device (e.g. "Chrome on Android", "Safari on iPad").
- If possible, a non-sensitive file that reproduces the problem — never send confidential documents; a similar file produced by the same software usually reproduces the issue.
Privacy requests
Your documents are processed on your device, so we hold no copies of them. For questions about the data described in our privacy policy, use the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line.
